Uniunea Arhitectilor din Romania

Today I will save your time and resign from writing about my adventures, feelings reflections and other tosh.
Only images. Architectural Images. What you see below is a small office building located at Piaţa Revoluţiei, squeezed between monumental Biblioteca Centrală Universitară and the building of the former Central Committee of the Romanian Communist Party (from where Nicolae Ceauşescu and his wife fled by helicopter on December 22, 1989)

And in this office (not accidentally as I suppose), is located  Uniunea Arhitectilor din Romania (equvalent of our Polish SARP). I didn't manage to find some more info about this building, as I'm getting really busy in my office :) but I hope you will forgive me...

And in the background we can see typically Bucharestian blocks of flats, ennobled with clear modernistic details, like almost every housing in the centre of Bucharest.

By the way, I found a similar blog with ma lot of photos taken in Bucharest: Well, I was not the first and I'm not surprised with that. This city is almost as inspiring as exhausting....
